Payment Options

Micro-Doctor offers five payment options for your order. Some payment methods are faster than others. And some do not require you to transmit payment information over the Internet. We do not accept multiple payments on single orders. We will only accept orders placed using one method of payment. For Fastest Order Processing...Pay using a major credit card: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal or American Express.

Major Credit Cards

This is the fastest way to pay for speedy Order Processing Secure and Fast. Payments made by credit card can have product committed and shipped faster than other forms of payment. We accept American Express, PayPal, MasterCard and Visa. Check cards or debit cards bearing an insignia of one of these major credit cards can be used. Please note, there are instances when a credit card bank will require additional information if your shipping address is different from your billing address. We will notify you when this situation occurs.

Check/Money Order

Please Note: If you send a check or money order, please be sure to write your order number on the check or money order. Without the order number, we will not be able to apply payment to your order, and it will be delayed. Only checks pre-printed with your name and address are accepted. Allow for an extra 2 - 10 days for us to receive the check or money order via U.S. Mail. Please send your check or money order promptly to ensure fast arrival. Products will be committed to order once payment has been received. Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 30 days of order submission.

Technology Leasing

Leasing is available to qualified businesses only, with terms of 24, 36, 48, and 60 months. It's easy to submit our online application, and you normally receive a response within one business day. Upon satisfaction of all requirements of the credit approval, including lessor's receipt of signed documents and any payment required, lessor will forward their purchase order to us and we will process the order.

Non-hardware items, such as software, services, and supplies, can be leased as part of an order that includes hardware purchases. Generally, the hardware value of the leased order must be greater than 50% of the total dollar value of the order.

Purchase Order

We accept Purchase Orders from governmental entities AND businesses. When you send us a Purchase Order, please remember to write your order number on your Purchase Order Request. Governmental entity Purchase Orders do not require pre-approval.

Business Purchase Orders require pre-approval by the Accounting Department. For approval, please email accounting with the following information:

Company name, address, phone, contact name Bank name, address, phone, contact name and account number 3 trade references, name, address, phone, contact and account number D&B number Amount of credit required Please allow one week for reference confirmation and pre-approval. Products will be committed to order once the PO has been received via fax or mail.

Are you a Tax Exempt Customer?

Sales tax exemption certificates are required to be on permanent file in our business office before an order claiming sales tax exemption will be accepted. The Tax Exempt ID number displays in the bottom right corner of the Customer Profile once the certificate is on file.
