Comprehensive Contract Maintenance
Micro-Doctors Comprehensive Contract Maintenance is a complete
maintenance package offering you Peace of Mind with great benefits.

PSP Plan hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday thru Friday (excluding
holidays).
The PSP Plan fees are based on:
 | A maximum 12-month period with unused hours expiring at the end of
this period. |
 | The expiry period is reset each time a plan is purchased. |
 | The PSP fee is payable in advance |
 | The allocated time for an on-site call includes travel to and from
the Micro Doctor office in Atlanta. |
Scheduled System Management Program
Non-urgent issues presented to an Engineer on a monthly or
bi-monthly basis, including those essential to the smooth running of the network.
The initial visit by the Service Engineer entails an overall
inspection and system-evaluation. Subsequent monthly visits may entail such procedures as:

 | Bind fix |
 | Run scandisk |
 | Check Disk space/memory usage |
 | Run security check |
